About the Presenter

    Dr. Russell A. Sabella is a Professor in the College of Education at Florida Gulf Coast University. His areas of expertise include comprehensive school counseling programs, datability, school counseling technology, and solution-focused school counseling. He is the author of numerous articles in journals, magazines, and newsletters, as well as several influential books, including Solution-Focused School Counseling: The Missing Manual (2020). Dr. Sabella served on regional, state, and national committees as well as President of the American School Counselor Association (2003-2004) and the Florida School Counselor Association (2013-2014). His training and consulting work have impacted tens of thousands of school counselors, educators, parents, and organizational leaders across the country.is a Professor in the College of Education at Florida Gulf Coast University.
