BOARD OF DIRECTORS
FSCA Governance is a nine-member volunteer Board of Directors. Each Director holds a FSCA professional or retired type membership and may serve up to two terms, each term is three years. Elections are held annually for open Director seats and the Board of Directors elects the Chair and Assistant Chair to provide leadership and facilitate the work of the Governing Board. The Past Chair is the previous year’s Chair. The two Governance Committees are chaired by a member of the Board of Directors. |
