FSCA is proud to announce the development of the FSCA School Counselor Evaluation Toolkit, developed in response to the recent passage of HB 753, aligning school counselor evaluation to the Florida School Counseling Standards (Rule 6A-5.079). FSCA's advocacy in every step of the legislative process was influential in the passage of HB 753. The Governor approved the bill May 22nd, 2026, to take effect July 1, 2026.
